Code of Conduct
The organizers of the .NET FullStack conference are committed to ensuring a safe and tolerant atmosphere at the event. Therefore, we ask all participants, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers to support this initiative and agree to the following code of conduct, considering the possible consequences of unacceptable behaviour. The organizers commit themselves to enforce these rules throughout the event.
.NET FullStack Conference is a harassment-free place for everyone, regardless of gender and gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, and preferred technology. We ask you to respect all conference participants and to avoid discriminatory and abusive behaviour. Sexual statements, gestures, and images are not appropriate for any event venue (talks, workshops, after-parties, social networks, and media portals). Conference participants violating the rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a registration fee refund.

- verbal comments related to gender, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race and ethnicity, religion and preferred technologies;
- demonstration of sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides);
- deliberate intimidation, stalking, intrusive photo and video recording;
- sustained disruption of speakers' talks or events;
- inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention.
Any participant asked to stop harassing behaviour is expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in harassing behaviour, the conference organizers can take any actions required, including warning or expulsion offenders from the event with no refund.
These rules apply to all participants of the .NET FullStack conference: visitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers. Sponsors should not use sexualized images or harassing materials or provide activities with a sexual overtone. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing, uniforms, or otherwise, create a sexualized environment.
We expect all participants to follow with these rules at all .NET FullStack conference venues and conference-related social activities.
If you are being harassed, or notice somebody being harassed, or you have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff without delay. They can be identified by wearing branded T-shirts or badges.
The conference staff will be happy to help with any situation, contact the venue security or local law enforcement, offer escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe throughout the conference. We appreciate your attendance.
